Tattoo and piercing topic

Posted by dtuchpunk on Jun 21, 2012 4:54 AM

Do you have tattoo's and/or piercings and what do think of them.
Personnaly I like piercings and tattoo's but some people go to far.
So far only 3 piercing. Both earlobs pierced and right ear the top.
In the earlobs the ends are nuts (nuts and bolts) and top of the ear die and spike. Spike will change to a die also

First tattoo is being drawn by brother in law which it a tattoo artist. Will get the tattoo as a wedding gift

Will conclude:
Life is a gamble.
13. (lucky 13. GF and I got and a 13th engaged on friday the 13th and will get married next friday the 13th)
A die with the numers 2,4 and 6.

Style a bit like this artwork on a chopper

At one time I had my ears pierced (regular, not gauged) all the way up from lobe to top. I've maintained only three on each side now.

I have several tattoos, but my favorite one is my IW/Treyarch logo on my wrist.

I would not be one for a piercing, maybe a few tats.  I'd go with an Eagle or something patriotic because I do love the USA.  I also might something with German style writing with the words "Ehre, Mut, und Opfer" which means Honor, Courage, and Sacrifice.

I'm wanting a tat and I've got family friend that is an amazing artist with his own tat shop. He told me he'd do any tat I want for free, even draw anything up for me. I'm wanting something on my shoulder. Kind of like a circular shape that fits nicely on my shoulder.

Not getting a piercing of any find. Only tats I'd *maybe* get would be a star of David on my chest.

I don't have either of those, but I really don't mind if others do it.

I'm currently working on designing my own tattoo. I find it difficult to convince myself to get one as I'm affraid I'll regret it later in life

If it means something to you then you won't regret it. That , and you could always put it on your upper arms or back or something. That way no one can see it if you do wind up regretting it.

That's why I'm designing my own, so incase I do decide to get one it will have a meaning to it

I have a few myself. USMC style bulldog on shoulder blade, meat tags on left side of chest, USMC death before dishonor on right forearm, tribal right upper arm, last name backside left arm, kids and wifes name left forearm, chevy symbol right upper arm. Want a few more but can't decide what to get. NO PIERCING's...to each their own on this one, but I find it odd that some would make their ear lobes as big as they do.

I'd agree with everything here except Chevy symbol. Sorry, I'm a Ford guy.

The chevy thing was a spur of the moment thing I did in the phillipines. Had a better turn out in my mind though. Told the guy what I wanted...he did half of what I wanted and that was it. All I got was a $90 outline. Live and learn I guess.

Any shading done on it? Or might want to think about adding shading. It could get a better turn out with a little shade.

There are plans to finish it one day. Shading with a '66 in the middle. My dad owns a '66 Chevelle (which I will get one day) and has owned it since '73. TONS of family history and memories (and many races won LOL) in this car. So it was meant to be a shrine (For lack of a better word) to it if you will.

Nice, I do enjoy the older Chevy's. Always nice having an old car like that in the family.

In my opinion 1970 Chevelle is were it is at.  Well, I guess you get what you pay for, not trying to be rude about it, but $90 seems a bit inexpensive for a tat, but then again it was out of the country.

If I would get a tat I would get it on my chest.

I'm not one for tattoos and piercings. My skin is pure and immaculate.

I may consider a small tattoo on my shoulder or upper arm, but I don't think tattoos are something for me.

On a side note, do you guys know Kimberley Vlaeminck? She's Belgian and became famous last year for having 56 little stars on the left side of her face. She claimed she asked for three and fell asleep during the procedure, so that the tattoo artist just did whatever the hell he wanted to.
Later, however, she admitted that she did ask for 56 stars and made up a bogus story, just because her family wasn't all that pleased. Yeah, I love my fellow countrymen...

Either way, falling asleep while gettting a tatoo might be a bad idea. Just look what happened to Reaper:

I still don't get how that came about. None of it makes any sense. Did you all just choose one and told the guy to put it all together?

The number one was my idea. I was hoping it would get me into GRaS.

Did you know that we tattoed your entire body after you passed out after the BBQ? You can't tell because the tattoo is the exact same color as your skin.

Figures. I was wondering why my whole body hurt, was bleeding and had plastic foil all over it. First, I thought it was a left-over from a crazy night with Jinx's Sister, but then I realized I lost my vouchers for her when I lost a game of chess against Soy.
What was I thinking, beating a computer...

I don’t want any but couldn’t even if I did. Tattoos are prohibited by Jewish law. Plus they’re just so common place now 90% of the population under seventy have one.

Flesh tunnels in both ears, 3/4 sleeve on left arm and a "small" one at my right forearm.
