I have a fix! (It works for me at least) Go into MP, load up a game and once you get in wait a few seconds and leave. Now try to load a new mao in private match.
This is exactly what I did, works perfectly. (For now)
I went into a public match first, then backed out and tried a private match on the new maps and it didn't work. I even cleared my cache and erased all updates so I could re-download them, and that didn't work either.
Other than having to re-download all the previous DLC (WTF?), and then having to dashboard and come back into the game, it worked for me. Never saw this message at all.
I contacted Activision Support about this. I had the same problem. Go to your dashboard, go to where it should say play mw3. Hit X and click delete game (this deletes MW3 from your console) wont delete mw3 stats or anything. Then go to system and storage and clear the system cache. After you clear the cache, restart your xbox. Then go back onto mw3 and try to play the new content. It worked for me. That's what they told me to do. So do it at your own risk. But again, it worked for me.
If you're receiving "Out of Memory" when loading the new Xbox 360 Elite content try deleting Call of Duty: MW3 from your HDD and running off disc. There is an issue with the Xbox because we've released so much DLC.
