Where are you on the 5 steps of grief in relations to Elite Clan ops, and horrible DLC?

1.)Denial

2.)Anger

3.)Bargaining

4.)Depression

5.)Acceptence

The real problem for me is that I have a premium account so at the end of every month, Ive made it to #5, but then new DLC comes and I start back at #1 again.

Kinda the same thing with Clan ops. Every time the weekend rolls around and I realize that Im forced to play hardcore modes, domination, and Kill confirmed I start back at #1 again.

At this very moment Im posting this, it puts me at #3.

The Elite drops are really great, Its Always new maps to play on

I keep on saying I'm over it, but like you, every month I start over Good thing I play on PS3, so I have a month to get used to the idea of getting horrible DLC

I'm stuck on #2. It boggles my mind that a game this BIG cannot meet their deadlines. I'm pretty sure they're busy working on MW4 and there are only a few people working on the DLCs and that's why they're behind schedule. The Face-off game mode and maps were a brilliant way to save their team some time and effort.

sitting at 5 cowboy, we going to get what they give us and nobody is going to change that the tumbleweed is going to be blowing thro here sonner rather than later the way things are going .

I don't play MW3 as much as I did BO, AND...the only reason I payed for elite was to save a few bucks overall. So I guess that would keep me at a 5. I have jsut accepted it all.

I was at 5 since I found out how crappy ELITE is. I remember Beachhead saying like 2-3 weeks ago that Clan Challenges would be rolling out in the summer, but I just don't care anymore.

Well after seeing it's just 3 face-off maps and a new spec op's mission for tomorrow i'm currently at #2 i was hoping for another mp map i guess buying BF3 Premium wasn't a bad idea

  I'm stuck it 2)...and now , im there with the game , Elite And the whole cod series..
  Id say the " I'll never buy this game again "But I know I'm hooked and will be getting blops 2 on release day...i will always have hope for black ops 2 ...( finger's crossed )
  Elite now thats a different thing ..if im just getting clan ops and thats it..i think ill just buy the dlc's as they come out..that 10 bucks isnt worth it.

Can you picture the conference meeting? Suggested dialouge that probably happend.
1: So what have kind of multiplayer maps did you guys create this month for our members cause last month we really dropped the ball again?
2:Well, um, We gots a new spec op mi.....
3: Stop! I said Multiplayer maps, thats what theyre yelling at us for. I dont want to hear about Spec ops.
4.)Well um, We have 3 new maps sir, they look beautiful and the best....
5.) Stop! Why is this layout so small, are these all faceoffs?
6.) Oh yes sir and theyre great! The Shipwrecker map puts you on a ship that..
7.) Stop! Where are the multiplayer maps!
8.) Well steve in accounting thought the company could make more money if we released 3/4 of the desgn team, but these face off maps sir, you gotta see um.
9.) Facepalms at thought of his Twitter account exploding when they find out.

I cycle through the same 5 steps, only a month later on PS3.

Clan Ops are a joke. They have taken a good, strategic game like domination and basterdized it into a non-shooting merry-go-round of boosters running for gold. Alternatively, because the clan-ops are open to the general public, not everyone is "in" on the capture the most flags idea, so some teams camp their flags in the traditional way and caps become very difficult to obtain. Normally that would be expected, but in the type of op Elite gives us, you are expected to cap and move, so traditional play blocks that effort.

Now I am becoming indifferent to the clan-ops altogether. If you can't have a competitive match, why bother? I could care less about the clan tag unlocks or the extra clan XP.

  I know this has been talked about in 400 other threads, but the way clan ops are set up is terrible. Instead of counting points for things that require teamwork, you really have to solo to ge the highest possible rank for the op. That is the opposite of teamwork and what a clan should be about. Brilliant.....see Im back to #2 just thinking about it dammit.

This whole f- the hardcore player is sad...now more core only maps.
I don't think ill ever be off #2 as far as mw3 is concerned..

Missed this the first go round apparently, but Im permanently stuck at #5. I just have an air of indifference when it comes to this game. I dont play clan ops anymore as they bastardize the game modes both because of the community and the way they play and also the way ELITE set up the clan ops. As for DLC, since I cant really play the maps other than in private mode since the connections as so terrible, I cant say, since I cant make an honest assessment of any of the new maps.
