Missing data on elite

I'm at my elite summary by clicking connect on the elite dashboard, it says I'm not in a clan...I am, it says I have not played MW3 or BLOPS....I have, it says I'm an elite free member...I'm premium.

 

All my data is missing!

 

Why on earth is Elite, over half a year in still not working properly, its ridiculous, you pay for a sevice, its always broken and they don't deliver what they say they will. If this was a product I bought in a shop, I would have got my money back.

 

Come on Elite, sort your issues out, its not like you can't afford to do it with the amount of money you have taken from subscribers for such a rubbish service.

    Same here, apparently I'm second prestige level 79 - I'm tenth level 80. Says my K/D is 0.72 - it's more around 1.85. It also says my most played match type is team deathmatch - I've racked up about 10 hours in there, atleast tripling that in Kill Confirmed and more in other objectives. Also not in a clan... WTF Beachhead?
