I cant see the clan ops in my cumputer and my ps3. What can i do?

I have a call of duty elite clan and when i try to look at my clan ops it says to try later and when i try on my pc it shows nonthing . can i get some help?

I am having the exact same problem, it would be nice if I paid for a product and got it.
