what do you think of this for a 25 kill streak

Orbital satelite strike - O.S.S: a series of five explosive bolts fired from a satellite with an explosive radius the size of nuke town. Takes five seconds for the explosive bolt to hit, damage is 100% and goes though buildings, Player sees enemies on map as though he has a personal blackbird while he selects area of impact for each shot one at a time, can only fire next shot after the previous shot has made impact. Game slows down as shots make impact.
