does the melee action will be finally balanced in call of duty?

Hello, It looks like there is no search engine in the forum so I can't find out if there is already a thread on the subject... I would like to share my frustration since call of duty 4 and this magical one shot instant kill melee action that give you invulnerability when you connect it. so I hope that developpers will give us a two shot kill action when you face off the ennemy (so you can finish off a guy when your mag is empty but don't use the knife as a primary weapons) and one shot kill from behind. according to me it's the thing which give me the biggest frustration in the game (with some **** like final stant, dead man hand, martyr), so I don't think I'm gonna buy black ops 2 if they won't fix this... does some peoples share my opinion on the knife in call of duty? (I'm not english, so sorry for the misstakes of langage)
