Question on hardhat. I have seen people stand on top of the tunnels. I don't see anyway to get up there, is this a cheat?
No it's no cheat. If you can't do it, easiest way is jump over the wall thats behind them
The tunnels that you are asking about isn't a cheat, there is a way to get up there with some movement.
