server connection timeout problem again

So I am once again haveing the problem of server connection timeout again and it is slowly getting worse. I have deleted my cookies and cache, also have done the portforwarding for the 5 different ports. when i did it, it did help for a couple of days but it seems like its starting to happen more often again, playing today i have been kicked from 9 matches for sever connection timeout. Is there anythere else i can do to make it better? Also i have been experienceing some more lag then normal and i dont know why?
Can you tell us what system you are playing on? Also, where are you located and who is your internet service provider?
ip=TimeWarner, modem/router=SBG6580, console=XBOX360s250g...10 dwn 1upload server disconnects and i dont know what ports to open and if i shopuld put the gateway ip or the xbox ip next to ports and this modem also has port trigger option as well as port forwarding
i am on the ps3, modem is ubee DVW3200, ISP brighthouse networks, Located Tampa FL. When I do a internet speed test on my computer with the same wire (in the ps3) i get 90 ping with 40 download and 4 upload witht the tampa server for (brighthouse you can select different isp there) on avg, but if i choose the orlando server for birghthouse to do the test i get 10 ping 45 download and 5 upload on avg and I dont know why? Is there anything you can do on the activison side to help and or what should i say to brighthouse because I never had this problem untill about 3 months ago and we have been with brighthouse for 6ish years?
Edit also lag over the past 3 days has gotten so bad that its just about unplayable ex ( like laging into the wall) not just in mw3 but in BLOP as well

Sounds like something changed when you reset the router to Factory settings. You may have set up the port forwarding but it may have been cleared when you reset the router.
