Prestige token from gamestop still not been recieved, need help?

I have tried and tried again but still no token what is the proper way of doing so?

I know the E-mail Address I used was not the same as gamertag but I put my gamertag in when it asked me for my gamertag.

Can someone help please?

Did you pre-order in store or online? If you pre-ordered in store, you received a code to redeem online. If you did not, you would need to contact the trailer.

I went to GameStop yesterday about this and they said no one has told them of any issue with it but they issued a new code for me to try again (haven't yet) and they said if it doesn't work let them know and they will email corporate about it.

I ALSO PRE ORDERED BLACK OPS 2 AT GAMESTOP AND I GOT MY REGISTRATION AND PRESTIGE TOKEN CODE ON MY RECIEPT TO ENTER ONLINE . it worked and said my token would be availabe for use with in24 hours . I DID NOT RECEIVE MY TOKEN EITHER! SO I MADE A REPORT TO ACTIVISION ABOUT THIS AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS. THIS WAS IN MARCH. IT HAS BEEN FIVE MONTHS NOW AND STIL NEVER SEEN MY FREE TOKEN! THEY DONT CARE....
