Just picked up a new member in clan last night hoping he could compete with us in the op this morning and his scores aren't showing?? What's going on?
i have the same issue it looks like if you added them after you enlisted in the OP they will not count.....
at least taht is the word that's going around i guess will have to see in the next clan op
Same issue in my clan. I have no clue what to do. I have people playing 3 hour matches and not being counted. How long does it take Elite to iron out all of these bugs?
My clan is having the same issue, there are 21 members in my clan and in the competition it only showed 14 members so it excluded the game score of one my founders who played all 3 hrs of today's op.
The member has to be a part of your clan before you enlisted you clan in the operation. If he joined after you enlisted, He will not count. Here is the quote from the Clan Operations FAQhttp://support.activision.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/Clan-Operations--FAQ/?q=clan+op eration&l=en_US&c=Platform%3AElite&fs=Search&pn=1
Will my score be counted if I join a Clan during a Clan Operation?
Your Clan stats count toward the last team you were on during enlistment.
If you were enlisted in Clan A but joined Clan B in the middle of a Clan Operation, only your score with Clan A will count.
- Joining another Clan during a Clan Operation
- Leaving a Clan during a Clan Operation but not joining a new Clan
If you were in enlisted in Clan A during a Clan Operation but left Clan A before the end of an Operation and didn't join a new Clan, your score will count towards Clan A.
This is not correct, we have had members for a few days now, and then our clan leader enlisted us to todays clan challenge with the highest kills. Now only 3 of our 7 members are being counted, but we had enlisted with the 7 members in the beginning
I am having the same issue.
