Connections on MW3 drastically improved after latest patches?

I play MW3 on the Playstation 3 and since the latest patches (1.12-1.14) the connections have really taken a turn for the better. On 1.08 the game was unplayable for me. On 1.10 the game was unplayable for me only as host. Now on the latest patches host advantage has been brought back (Atleast for me.) How has it been for you guys on the latest patches?
