just talking to Activision support about why i cannot sign in to elite any more and why i haven't recieved my pre order prestige token in 9 days.

ou: also it seems that when i redeemed my pre order prestige token code it didn't link to any account,as in xbox/ps3 so now when i try to link it says the code has already been used

You: so the fix to using my original account is making a completely different account?

You: well i say im in my account but what i mean is that i can see my profile info but no game data

You: i dont have a receipt,i just got the code emailed

You: if i create a new account the token and the new account is going to be linked to my psn?..this sounds barbaric so to speak

You: i only have one email address so this seems overly drastic for something that should just be fixed to work on my original account no?

Joseph P: The fix for the issue entails creating a new account. You can employ a free service such as gmail or yahoo ect. There are many options and oppertunities you can use to take the first steps to get your token

You: eeer,logged in like i have done for the last couple of months,except this time its asking me to link my PSN/Gamertag even though its already done,so i humour it and relink my PSN ID and get locked in to the Profile screen

joseph.p: I would suggest a new browser.possible clear your browser cache.it is possible that we are seeing a server related error in which case it woulf be more adviseable to try back in a few hours

You:Cache is clear,used this browser fine with elite since day one,did you just pick 3 random problems out of a hat?
