Whats changed in tomorrow PS3 will catch up to number of drops. but then, the XBOX Elite (and 1 month later us PS3 Elite) gets screwed as there is no early release for some of the content in the Content Drop. I believe that the full MP map Oasis will be available to everyone on XBOX at the same time.
not true, I report boosters in matches I have never been in. That is the one feature of Elite that is great, you can veiw their previous matches for up to 10 days. I have gotten over 20 accounts banned and reset without ever seeing them boost. It will be no difference for Face Off.
