Chat during pre game lobby?

Always wondered why you couldnt chat in the pre game lobby, this would be a nice feature in blops 2

    There is no lobby in a dedicated server:

     

    Do you want to play, or chat? if you want to chat go to a "chat room"

      Lol, I'm talking about match making lobbies. People want to do SOMETHING during the long 1 minute intermssion.

        I'm talking about abolishing match making...there never has been match making in a treyarch product; and i don't want to see then start now,
