Chicks get treated fairly in the community as far as I'm concerned. You don't get a free pass on foul language and taunts b/c you have a vaj.

This has nothing to do with it being an "online" or even "gaming" environment. It's the competition, plain and simple. Do you think there are nice things being said on the line of scrimmage in the NFL? "Hey guys, hope you have a good game!" "Aww sweet, you too!" Hell no! Ugly things get said to get into the opponents head and get them off their game. It's the same in any competitive environment.

When someone of a particular minority does well in this game he/she, can expect to be greeted with the same kinds of trollish insults based on stereotypes. You just have to roll with the punches.

I am perfectly untrollable. I do pretty dang good imo and I'm satisfied with myself and stats. Nothing they can say can get me off track or even slightly worked up.

TLDR: All's fair in love and war.

i'm a girl as well, and no one has ever called me anything stupid. and if anyone would ever do that, i'll just mute them. simple as that. so unnecessary to even bother when they have no idea who you are in real life.

i'm a girl gamer, and idk i dont really get trash talked that much but i mean.. if you cant "take it" then just mute people in your lobbies. either mute them, suck it up and deal with them, or just stick to campaign. i mean, i wouldnt take anything people say seriously.. it is just a videogame. i personally dont every really have my mic in or talk in lobbies, simply because i know that as soon as people figure out im a girl theyre either going to try and hit on me or just say something stupid thats not worth my time, thats why i mostly stay in parties with some of my friends...

I really feel for you as some are so mean,I get that when they find out I'm 55 and playing saying I have no life,only if they knew the real true I'm just happy to be able to play or just breath again after having 3 major hearts in a row dieing  in coma for 5 weeks, kids or even teenagers or younger men just are mean and dont think before they talk, I think its great to see females playing I thing males thing video games are only for them and they forget how many females work in the gaming industery inculding my daugther work for EA gaming
