It can be a pain but let them go negative, The majority of times I get quickscoped I don't die.

I really don't see too many of the quickscopers compared to MW2.

#2 for best of the month. This is priceless

LOL I think most quickscopers understand that they are not a big part of the community.  But they do happen to be big enough to warrant IW keeping it (quickscoping) in the game LOL.

From the sound of your reply I guess you never seen a quicker scoper than.  Most of the time the scope isn't even pulled all the way up.  And you left trigger, aim , right is wrong.  Its left trigger then right trigger since the aim assist covers the middle step.
