How MW3 should have been

Guns=all guns in mw3
Attatchments: No akimbo, no tubes, no heartbeats
Equipment=no portable radars
Killstreaks:
Specialist Package: no change
Assault: Obtain assault killstreaks through the support package. Lethal killstreaks will tend to be much higher than the support killstreaks, which are merged into this strike package. Kills needed to obtain will differ depending on gamemode (snd = lower total needed). Kills do not reset upon dying. Everyone can obtain any killstreak if they are good enough. This type of play will encourage less camping. There won't be any spam due to a predator being 15 -20 kills in a gamemode such as domination.I think the MAJORITY of people will prefer this.
Hardcore: No launchers or tubes and reduced damage on other explosives. No ballistic vests.
Perks:
Tier 1:
Undetected: Base= immune to UAV's.... Pro=immune to portable radars, heartbeats and AUAV's and no name no matter what above player
Triple Threat: Base= 3 attatchments on primaries.... Pro=2 attatchments on secondary
Iced Veins: Base=immune to cpu controlled killstreaks.... Pro=tighter hipfire and recovery after sprinting
6 pack: Base=take zero explosive damage .....Pro=plant/defuse/capture flags or objectives 1 second faster
ThatCoolDude: For every 5 kills, add one point to your teammate's pointstreaks.... Pro=refill every teammate's ammo completely, every 15 kills
Tier 2:
Dead silence: dead silent footsteps .... Pro=no falling damage and not countered by sitrep pro
Sitrep pro=highlights enemy equipment etc.....Pro=hear everyone 4x louder except dead silence pro users
sleight of hand: faster reload time....Pro=faster weapon swap and the base Recon perk
Grizzly: ghillie suit customization, scope zoom customization, scope customization, longer hold breath, .... Pro=Marksman, and increased range on silenced snipers
Tier 3:
Speed: sprint 1.07 times faster, faster ads strafing(stalker) pro=unlimited sprint
quickdraw: ads faster pro=faster equipment usage
Decoy: setup decoy equipment, realistic sounding decoys like blackops(greater gun variety and A.I. improvements) and decoy carepackages
scavenger: more starting ammo, extended mags, pick up ammo Pro= resupply lethals
Camos: Select designs and implement a color scheme to your liking. Camos on secondaries and riot shields. Unlock metallic colors, and iron/gold/silver finishes as you rank up your gun.
Here is the good thing. You don't make the game and decide how you want it to be. It you did not like it then that is not Activisions problem and they will not change anything in future games just for you.

Okay in bold type under Equipment you put No Portable Radars. A little lower you put Undetected Pro- Immune to Portable Radars after seeing that I quit reading the rest.
If there are no Portable Radars why do you need to be Immune to them?
I tell you what there are some idiots on this forum. It is a game, not life and death if you dont like it the way it is then stop playing it. I want HCCTF which they dont have so I play different modes, but if it was that big of a deal I would quit playing.
Perks are just stupid. Some of them are completely useless in non-objective games. I mean really Speed is just running 7% faster? Wow I'm running an additional .28 seconds big difference. You don't even understand how the perk formula for the COD series are set up.
Tier 1 perks (blue) are usually set up as field/ammunition perks
Tier 2 perks (red) usually relies on the gun, but in MW3 majority of the perks besides quickdraw and assassin are completely useless
Tier 3 perks (yellow) usually involves special character abilitiy like being to move silently (Dead Silence) or having the ability to detect enemies at longer rangers (Marksmen).
