I'm not sure what you're on about as far as value for money goes. You get all the maps cheaper than buying them in a map pack plus any other content they give you for free plus clan ops etc.

I am going out on a limb here, but I am guessing you are new to the franchise (if not, my bad).

A COD game comes out every year, from 2 different development companies: Infinity Ward and Treyarch (IW and 3Arc) both under Activision.

An announcement in May is for the next 3arc installment, which has nothing to do with IW, or this installment of Elite (one could even say Elite - Beachhead - has nothing to do with the release time frame of the COD games... at least it seems that way lol - I jest).

As far as DLC (new maps and content etc...) this is also nothing new.  In fact, in Black Ops the last DLC was all zombie maps, and it came out less than a month before MW3 came out (correct me here... if not less than a month, was damn close to not more than a month)

Anyway... just go with the flow.  Buy the next, or don't... there are no guns to anyone's head.

Who Announced blops 2?? When and where??

They need to start bringing us as much content as we get from buying the retail game.

i dont even know if i will buy black ops2. i feel totally wasted and scammed by activision, i am not a golden cow to milk. being one of the biggest cod fans and supporters and then not getting any real content , whereas in playstation plus you get 50 full games for $50 in a year ........ activision really has lost lots of credibility to me.
