Lots of extra players becuse of the new maps/ double XP, and for whatever reason the matchmaking or something cannot cope with it.  It might be that these extra players  tend to have poorer internet connections and so get the advantage of lag comp.  Or maybe it's so broken it cannot cope with the extra volume of players.

Don't know what but it was the same with BOPS whenever there was a double XP weekend I suddenly couldn't kill anything.

The new maps have fractured the player base so match making is even worse with the release of the new maps. I have never had a 2 bar connection in a game until recently. Here is where G IH A IN ID II acknowledges it.

This weekend for me could never be better.  Tons of noobs online, easy kills and up'd my k/d ratio!  Also, I was able to squeak out a prestige and a half with the double XP.  You guys must all be in the UK b/c where I live (Colorado, US) was great.  I say this BUT I haven't dl'd the new maps yet.  I don't think I will, just seems like a waste of money personally.  Maybe that is the key here. 

Whats wong is we have 3 player bases.. Standard (no maps) - DLC 1 Players - Elite Players..

This game plays like bull sheeat at the best off times, best thing to do is get a bunch off your mates online, jump into a private match and play with gamebattle / mlg rules. We have been doing this for the last few days and its been the most fun i've had on this game since it came out.. Set up a custom game mode for each of the game types, TDM, CTF, Dom etc etc.. and save them in your 'my Modes'

Set the Maps you all like and activate the rotation function... heres the settings for the game modes... Make up you own similar settings for HQ, Demolition etc.. my personal fav is the FFA Headshots only.. my clan mates would disagree however..

I have to agree. Only games I could get into where 75 ping or over. Can cope with 75 ping but had to keep quitting 100 ping and over. didn't get many games over weekend, gave it up as a bad job.
