Hey there!
Check out my video on the fastest and easiest way to get Extreme Conditioning Pro! I reveal a not too well known trick about increasing sprinting time, a big mistake people make with shotguns and the full details on how to get the perk the fastest.
Skip to 1:04 if you want to get straight to the pro perk goodness.
Thanks for stopping by! I really do thank you for your views. Ive got more guides to come, so any advice would be great, even on my video page.
Immortality06,
Thanks for your time again, hope your finding it useful! Any feedback on my video page would be greatly appreciated.
You guys are awesome!
"Use a handgun as a secondary to improve mobility"
The game engine only uses the equipped weapon to calculate mobility.
Honestly, wouldn't it be easier to just run around the map? I don't think a guide is needed for a perk that all you have to do is run around to get it.

Incorrect. This is how it used to work, but now both weapons are factored in.
Yeah, as ill-lll said, in Mw2 only the main gun effected your total speed. In MW3 the guns have a much greater diversity of speed, and you can see that the mobility of your player drops when you have a launcher, roit shield, etc equiped.
Equiping MP7 or skorpians will increase your run time, but you have to hold them when you run for the extra sprint to work.
Yeah, thats what i thought.
Thanks for the guide. I subscribed!
Awesome, hope you found it useful!
It was. =)
Huh! Isn't mobility speed? How does that get you ECpro faster?
Hey there,
Yes, thats correct (speed and mobility are the same thing in this sense). If you have higher mobility you will have higher speed. If you equip a big, heavy machine gun your movement speed is slowed down by about 25%. However, if you equip an smg or a shotgun like the USAS12, you will run at 100% speed all the time because the weapon is lighter and the mobility is higher. The faster you run, the quicker you travel the 20 miles to get the pro version. =)
Hope I solved your question!
no. i understand the maths: T = D/S.
but because the cooldown is the same, and the sprint duration is so small, the speed factor is negligable.
i thought that there was some big reveal, that's all.
Ahh, yeah i see what you mean. Even if its small thing though, its not a big deal just having your handguns, machine pistols while going for pro. If you think about it, stopping to shoot at someone, throwing grenades, checking corners and dying: they all happen quite fequently in the game and help restore your sprint just a little everytime or all when you die (and eventually add up through that entire game.)
Nice guide, but I have two suggestions. You need to double check your spelling and punctuation in the future before uploading. Also, I think you need to find your own personal style. The presentation feels like a copy of Xbox Ahoy. ![]()
Anyway, good luck with your series.
Alrighty, thanks for your feedback!
Haha, yeah someone said that in the comments on my video page. I wanted to do a more formal style of guide, and it naturally went to his style. Once I produce more guides, ill start to find my own style and flow. =)
Only reason i have it pro is from the specalist bonus, once i earn that i get all the perks. One day i earnt my spec bonus and after a couple mins, i did the challenge.
Nice! Specialist is also a great way to do it without realising, haha. ![]()
Didn't know the USAS gave you more sprint time as well. Good video man
. On a side note tho, why the eff does the USAS get that extra sprint time bonus? The gun is now the strongest shotgun in the game and gets to have such a massive bonus like that too??? IMO the model should be the one getting bonus's like that since it can't even run attachments and is probably the most inconsistent shotgun in the game. Oh game developers... when will you learn..
Haha, ikr. That must be doing it on purpose, but i really wished they just brought back akimbo models (with a resonable range) and then put the speed bonus on that one. It would make it so much more fun (like the good old mw2 days).
