Ps3 clan [CH!T],after several days,why can't we get xp?!!!

We participanted in 4/15~4/17's TDM,KCF,HC-TD

But we got 0 XP!!!,4/18，I connect beachhead in the forums,on Twitter,still no xp

My crew suggested,no xp no more clan ops!!!!!

So help me !!!
