Just uninstall it through the Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel. All your stats are saved in the "Cloud" via Steam so you're not going to lose anything.
all you need to do is install steam on that PC and access your account and all your stuff is ready to download as the game(s) are linked to your account, you will need to download or reinstall of course any games you intend to use.
