Is whiteboy7thst the new community manager for IW?

I see this blowing up all around sites and I was reading over some tweets he's giving out info on the new maps. Could he be the next community manager and your thoughts if this is true.

He's a youtuber who has 1 million subs and is a pretty funny guy with some great gameplay go check him out.
