Gold Camouflage

To all the people who have played Cod4,BO,MW3.
In which Cod did you enjoy Gold the most or felt that having gold meant you accomplished something?
For me it was Black Ops. Why? Because you had to reach 14th prestige and earn your right to have gold. it made me feel like a veteran and that prestiging was for more than just a emblem or an extra custom class.
The most obvious answer is Black Ops, where you actually have to do something in order to get it.
Black Ops gold camo looked like tinfoil. MW1 and MW3 have better gold.
BO.
BO gold was better than MW3.
Black Ops, it felt more of an achievement, plus it looked pretty cool.MW3 gold just looks a bit flat
Agree on both counts
I prefered all the camo's on Black Ops, I thought the 'dusty' camo was cool. I don't use any on MW3 and like everyone's said you need to actually earn the gold camo on Black Ops.
You...all...remember what needed to be done in order to get gold on CoD4?
I'm gonna go with CoD4.
CoD 4. I never prestiged on black ops so I couldn't get gold camo.
Mw2 was fun because me and my friend would use a sniper class and only go for headshots to see who could get fall the earliest. I got it around low to mid 30's
Yeah black ops was probably the hardest to get it in.
I say Black Ops looked the best but COD4 was the hardest to get.....legit that is.
I mean you had to get all the headshots with every gun in the class to get gold and then you only got it for one gun. It was tough.
In Black Ops you had to be a high prestige and had to pay allot of money for it but it didn't really require any skill just a willingness to grind it out. Where as getting better camo in MW2 meant you had to use the gun allot and get allot of headshots as in COD4 so I felt like it meant something in those two games and yes I know MW2 didn't have gold but had that stupid fall camo but it was hard to get and it meant something to me.
Black Ops and MW3 it's more about just grinding until you get it IMO.
MW3 it's just totally meaningless for me.
