Reset in mw3

I got reset. iwas a 13th prestiege level 37? now im no prestige level 32. Tried support no answer. I've already been reset when i was a 10th 80 (did it on my own with the extra token i had) what can i do?

    Hope, wish  and pray. Seems they are backing up stats if they feel like restoring them, if it is anything like the patches and fixes to the game, i would not begin to hold your breath.

     

    Tonight i tried a few games and all the lobbies were infested with game invites and mic talk offering 15th prestige - free rank up!  I imagine lots of new forum members will be joining in the next little while
