How did a Level 2 Clan get a Yellow Ribbon for their Clan Title

How did a Level 2 Clan get a Yellow Ribbon (clan MW3 TITLE 2) and GOLD Clan Tag thats reserved for a Level 15 and 10 Clan? . I have seen numerous Clans lately flaunting the Yellow ribbon which my clan took over 70 members to get, My clan currently is a Level 20 Yellow Ribbon Clan....

I think something has changed I just started my clan and unlocked the ribbon at level 2

  There's already ton's of posts on this. That specific clan title is now the default one. As long as there is no text, it's not hacked. Now if there is text and/or gold clan tag--then their leader hacked elite and they should be banned.

that happen to my clan i had about 6 memebers but 4 left and when i went to add ELITE CLAN TITLE it gave me the yello rebbion and my clan is only level 4? idk how i did but i was raoming around online about the hidden elite emblems and i decided to go to my elite caln title and it gave me the yellow ribbion i **** you not i promise i did no hacks or glitches also i went on elite web site and went to manage clan i went to emblem and it allowed me to make my custom emblem but wont save?
