Well if activision treats the MW3 servers the same way as they handle their World of Warcraft servers then they are only actually capable of handling about 45% of the total playerbase at any one time, meaning that they dont expect that everyone that plays MW3 will all be online at the same time. The servers arent down, they are just loaded to capacity. And being one of those people that shelled out not 60 but 110 dollars plus tax for this game by getting the elite sub as well, I'm more than just a little annoyed that all that money went to line their pockets rather than toward improving their server capacity. Friday night, on the week of a major content drop with double xp=everyone wants to play, where less than half will be able to connect at a time.
