Your opinion, Does killwhoring matter as much as it did before on objective game modes?

To me personally, killing does not matter as much as it did before in the previous COD games.
1. You can get points added to your pointstreak by capturing objective

2. You can get points added by destroying air support and turrets

SO ya, those are my reasons, what about you guys?

Yup, that was the whole point of poinstreaks rather than killstreaks. To keep the killwhores in line by encouraging objective playing.

  I see the objectives as just little things I can grab if I know the conflict is elsewhere or that I can sneak into at the last second of capping to further my streak. If I am rolling for Pavelow, and I am 2 away, unless there are 4 other guys on the flag, I ain't going near it.

        We joined the game while his side had 15 points in Dom.
        OMG we probably would of won, but while their team was taking the B flag I was rushing over to it. And I see one of my teammases just spinning in circles looking at the ground just letting the other team cap the flag like the noob he was. By then it was too late.
        Why play the game if you don't even understand what the heck you're doing. (headbang)

Personally, it suprises me that players don't even bother with playing the objective and don't take down air support considering the fact that you are rewarded for being a team player.

In a number of occassions, I've gained my assault pointstreaks without pulling the trigger on my weapon. Using Hardline, I cap 3 flags, I've got a care package, take down 2 enemy UAV's, I've got my Predator & Precision Airstrike.

I like the pointstreak system, every player has a place in the game whether you're a good objective player or you're backing your team with taking down air support.

its still more sucessful to killwhore then going for the flags like i would only go if its for the first point in my pointstreak or if i am sure that i am not gonna die its theres still no reason to cap flags on dom that take 10 seconds if you can kill someone in 1 second for the same points

  Nice view from a killwhores perspective. From a cappers view id say i`ll take the easy point coz the flag cant kill me and end my streak
  
  In all seriousness though, my kdr in dom is pants compared to my tdm kdr. Now I only really worry about my kdr (a little) when I play tdm. If I play dom ,anything goes

    the flag cant kill you directly but it lets the enemy team know exactly where you are and they have the jump on you, and i am not a killwhore my accolades show i have more "domination captures in one game" then people like padiego even do i havent play as much

      Yeah but if you just run uav, the point is a 3rd of your highest streak, you`d have to get 4 kills for a 3rd of your pavelow
      
      I aint goyt the reflexes of you young kids and cant get 50 kills every game, so im taking whatever I can get.

    It's only the lack of a time limit that attracts the killwhores to Domination. I'd have it so a certain amount of points lead ends the game. Killwhores in Demo are worse, I've been called all sorts for playing the objective and.....y'know....planting the bomb when some kid wants to drop a round or give away a plant just to pwn some noobs for a bit longer. The perfect Demo game should be over in 2mins.
