Hi I'm Tom and I've been playing Black Ops for ages and really want to start playing at a higher level. I am already captain of my own team where we play tactical co op games. I want more of a challenge.

I'm looking for a small group of casual, yet serious UK players on the mic who understand playing cautiously, methodically and tactically. Or perhaps there are existing small groups like this I could play with?
