I'm not quite sure how you figure I'm delusional when you basicially re-affirm my point in your next sentence there.  MS paid Activision so that ALL Xbox users get access to DLC before any other platform.  Since the OP is a PS3 user, which is another platform, then logically he has to wait until a month after every Xbox customer has the opportunity to buy the DLC, even though he has Elite.

I said nothing about being okay with non-Xbox Elite members not getting their content as promised.  I made a comment to the OP based on my understanding of the DLC arrangements between MS and Activision and how it relates to his being an Elite PS3 customer, nothing else.

The OP deserves to get the same amount of DLC as an Xbox user who signed up to Elite at the same time as he did, even if his subscription were to run out before some of that content were released to PS3.  If that turns out not to be the case, then he should be royally p*ssed because that would be a rip-off.
