Clan Operations - No Longer Listed

I am looking at the "COMPETE" section of the ELITE website and have noticed that the Clan Operation scheduled for tomorrow has been removed. Furthermore, there are no upcoming Clan Operations listed period.
As a clan leader, I am expected to have answers for my clan as to why it is becoming increasingly difficult to get what was promised to us when we bought ELITE. I can fully understand and appreciate that the powers that be must go back and review each clan operation to try and ensure that no one was boosting or cheating. What I cannot understand is why there has been none of the following:
A. Communication about the constant delays.
B. Updates on the leaderboards of previous Clan Operations reflecting the current standings after boosters/cheaters have been removed
C. A little bit of PR effort in order to keep this product viable and your consumers happy.
While I have enjoyed the Clan Operations, it is not what everyone was expecting or wanting. There are no clan challenges and what we did get felt like a dumbed down and rushed version of Lonewolf Operations in order to shut us up. Now that the Clan Operations have been fully removed together again, can we not get just a little bit of information so we can pass it along to our clan members?
Clans are becoming a pain in the rear to try and manage due to the issues that continue to be ignored, pushed back, or mismanaged. We finally thought we caught a little light at the end of the tunnel when they released Clan Operations. Now, it appears that once again we are back to square one. As frustrating as it is, a little information would go a long way in helping to keep the people who love this franchise from moving on to something more consistant. You give us Clan Levels and require us to have Clan XP in order to rank up, but give us no way to achieve this goal. The longer this continues on as it has since launch, the more I feel that the only option we have to really compete is through MLG.
In closing, is it asking too much for a little information and PR? I feel like we have purchased a product that no one is taking responsibility for at the moment. A little bit of communication and interaction with your fanbase would do a world of good for this busted product and keeping the current members for ELITE 2.0.
Thank you in advance,

Have to agree with FAILURE here, just been asked to enlist our clan into the weekend comp. i remember seeing one listed earlier in the week and now it's gone.
Still no XP has appeared - not too worried as I understand there were a lot of boosters, they were easy to see at the top of the leaderboards.
Bit disappointed to see they have not yet been removed, 6 days later. I can see that some of them have killed their own clans second controllers for 3 hours with only 3 minutes of me clicking through to their player cards, recent matches, so it must be easy for the clan ops police to figure it out.
Some info on what is happening would be nice, at least I can give some feedback then. Hardcore Ops would be especially nice to know about as we don't really play core, and it's not nice being forced into something you all hate to rank up the clan.
Thanks
Dirchy
Dirchy,
I thought they may have taken it down for maintenance but remembered that I saw the operation was gone yesterday evening when I got home from work at 6pm CST. I cannot fathom that they would have it down this long for maintenance but I have been wrong before.
And you are correct, a little information on the Hardcore Ops would be nice. I do not play Hardcore often but I feel that if the game type is supported then it should have been a part of their original design.
Either way, a little information would be welcomed at this point since we all have a pretty good idea of what has happened without them telling us.
I thank you sir for elegantly describing this SNAFU. I agree to everything you hit uppon. You might also add to this argument,
#1 The website was down due to an overload of people participateing in the clan operations. Thats absurd to ask people to pay for a premium service and try and get away without upgradeing the servers that run the website.
#2 Our dom caps in the first operation stoped counting an hour before the event ended. I know this because a teammate comented on our scores during and after. And they had not changed. This is either due to incompitance in posting the correct times, or again the sub par servers. Either way unacceptable. #3 Not anticipateing cheating or a much lesser volume is naive. I guarantee they cancelled fridays operation because they cant figure out how to weed out the cheats. Should they not have figured out some system to auto ban people, possibly a comunity self review system, or anything. Beacause some people looking through thousands of videos to pick out cheats sounds rediculious, maybe this is not how there going about it BUT as you stated activision has never heard of customer service. God forbid they should let their customers know whats going on with the broken product they sold us. -FEAR
Very Well put and 100% agreed with FAILURE, although i don't have a large clan to deal with and we are all actual friends, neighbors and coworkers i still think our collective $2540.00 we have spent on MW3 affiliated products deserves some kind of "ANSWERS", oh ya i don't even want to know how much myself and the others have spent on COD i would probably puke!
Thank you to everyone who has posted in this thread. It is good to see that many of us feel the same way and are encountering the same problems and have many of the same complaints.
TO THE POWERS THAT BE:
It is nearing five months since MW3 and ELITE were launched. We have been a patient and loyal community and I feel that loyalty is now being pushed beyond the limits of what any company can expect from a fanbase after such a poor product and customer service that is far worse than the actual product.
I do not wish to be a gripe machine or to get a ban for stating the unfortunante truth. What I do want to accomplish, hopefully, is a line of communication opened between the powers that be and the community. Please remember, we are your fans and buy your product willingly. If the product continue to hold the current trend, I assure you that fan base will quickly disappear.
Please,re-open the lines of communication with the fanbase. A random tweet about five new prestiges is not what we want. What we want is updates from you about the status of what you sold us. That is all. Nothing more, nothing less. We have been patient. Please reward that patience with a little bit of common curtousy.
Thank you in advance!

OtgC leader here, and just as pissed off as the rest! A tweet was sent out saying the next Op was taken down for tech difficulties. Which is rediculous as the damn ops have been nothing more then lone wolf ops,....
The issue is clearly cheaters and beachhead's inability to handle it. They dont even care enough to come here and explain. 4 months of BULLSHIT! 8 more to go!
Rather than complain, i thought I'd offer some possible solutions.
I think all we're asking for is simple:
A single, regularly updated source for ELITE system status.
Something that is not on the ELITE system that would go offline when ELITE goes down. Perhaps add ELITE System Status messages to the In-Game MW3 Menu Tickers, and then UPDATE ELITE SYSTEM STATUS REGULARLY. Would also add more awareness to non-ELITE players, if that's worth anything at this point.
What would also help:
Beachhead: Feels like we are paying to be your beta testers, guys. Sort it out, open some job recs or just recruit some friendly clans to help out. Hell, you could even make the beta test an event, prior to public prizing and play. Sorta like the XP event, but not necessarily all under one roof in order to test infrastructure / network / server load balancing etc. Just an idea. I'm sure the community is also interested in a solid gaming platform - we all want the same things, right? Let us help you make it better, no?
Thanks for listening? Bueller?
Ctrl-S,
You present several possible solutions to this problem. I do not think the problem is within our community, even with the complaining, as it seems very dedicated to helping this gaming franchise become one of the best ever.

Great idea! Anything that allows the community to stay updated and informed is a vast improvement! My clan and I will sign onto something like this in a heartbeat. All we are asking for as a community is communication and a little respect.

Agreed, it has felt this way for a long time. I do not mind being a beta tester. I have done it for years with MMOs. Heck, I do not even mind paying to be one of the ELITE beta testers. The thing I have an issue with is being a beta tester when I thought I was purchasing a product that was labeled and sold as a finished product. That is an issue.
Communication is the key here. We want it. It is up to the powers that be to listen to their community and do something to improve this situation.
Thanks for the post Ctrl-S!
I completely agree. This total break down of communication from Beachhead is quickly leading to their demise. I help run a gaming community that currently has 7 full or nearly full ELITE clans so this clan operation was/is something that we have been looking forward to since they announced it. BUT they have failed to deliver on their promise to the gaming community. And instead of being honest and trying to keep us all in the loop on what is going on, they have decided that we should just come up with the answers ourselves. Great move Beachhead. And Im tried of the same cookie cutter responces from some dunderhead who drew the short straw @Beachhead who is forced to come into these forums once a month and "try" to put out the fires. Well obvioulsy that isnt working. As much money as you idiots have made off of the cod community...remember we got along just fine with MW2 and Black Ops BEFORE you made your promises of this "game changing clan experience", you would think you could throw one of you lackeys a few extra hundreds to stay abreast on what the cod community thinks of your product. But I guess you feel its better to just bury your head in the sand and keep cashing those HUGE paychecks for your sub-par product.
