For you to be able to ban plp you have to have proof of cheating y/n ?
if yes they are in breach of xbox COC

2 days and a reset is not good enough. I subscribe to xbox and abide by their terms and do not want to play with plp that cheat.
please inforce permanent bans from now as per xbox code of conduct
should there be another reason you cannot inforce the xbox code of conduct on your game I would welcome your response.
