Son, I can post you pingtest and speed results.  I can ping sites over 1000 miles away with no packet lose, 20ms ping with 1ms of jitter.  You need to wake up and realize you are part of the problem with the game.

for for the record 38 ms ping with 8 ms jitter and 0% packet loss so not bad Internet maybe the problem is people trying to play off dial up and their cell phones wifi

I am under 100ms to each coast from chicago with 0-2ms jitter, 0 packet loss.  I am currently at work right now so I cannot post a pingtest to anywhere.  I am host 99% of the time since MW2.  In COD4, everyone always chose me as host because my friends in New York and even one of them in Texas get 4 bars on my host.  If you want a true speedtest to check for your ISP line shapers, this is a better site.  You have to select your operating software as well.  I have been around the block with COD since 2003 and I have been writing about being crippled for my speeds since COD4, that is when I first noticed them, patch V.1.04.

from Austin, Tx to Chicago I'm at 17ms ping with 1 jitter and no packet loss.  download is 50mb and up is 5. The lag compensation is really based off your ping not bandwidth but you can limit your bandwidth to not become a host.
