I'd hate to have his job to be honest.
His job is to hype up the game, promise "ideas" not features which I don't agree on.
As a community manager, he should just be honest rather than stir things up.
e.g. "No last stand, f u last stand" - he could have just avoided saying this because we all know there are different forms of last stand.
I don't think he even enjoys the game. He hasn't even fully levelled up after 4 months.
Sure he has a family (and a life) but when I look at someone like Vahn, he's 15th Prestige in BLOPS & he's a developer & part-time community manager. His job title isn't really to interact with the community but still does it because he is passionate about the game.
If Treyarch can spend time doing live streams & still gather ideas via twitter & BLOPS HQ about their COD titles, I'm sure someone like Robert can spend time via the forums & twitter gathering feedback as well.
