If you look at the player with the emblem he is prestige 11, it may be an emblem you can not unlock until you reach that prestige.

It should say "sucker" instead of elite.

This is the green founder emblem and is available straight away, it's not a prestige unlock.  It's a while since I did this so I just asked a friend and he says that on the back of the founder card tha came in the box there's a website you need to go to, it's something like callofduty/founder/ where you enter the founder code.  I can't find the card right now so I can't be anymore exact.  My friend has this green founder emblem now and he isn't even prestige 1 yet so I know it's not an unlock.

All you saying its from being founder need to understand one thing very particular about the OP's question. he asked how to get the "EMBLEM" NOT the TITLE. Big difference there.

The TITLE is the founder green title yes. BUT the lil black icon dude is the EMBLEM.

I searched around and didn't see any site that showed how to unlock that emblem.

Like others stated it might be unlocked with the Prestige 11 but less someone on PC that's done so can chime in we dont really know since we dont have those prestige's rolled to console users yet.

Hmm.. with that orded and placement and other icons around it.. Wonder if has something to do with the juggers or the riot shield now.. probably a certain number of kills with riot shield or a certain number of assualt or recon juggers called in. Because those all look either like jugger suits or how the player looks when carying the riot shield or blast shield perk on. So could be surving a number of explosions too.

So start using the BS perk more and try surviing 1000 explosions.. Or start calling in recon/assault juggers like crazy, 300-1000 of them and see what happens.
