Anyone know how to fix this?

I recently got an invite to join a clan that's a little more active (and by that I mean a lot). I go to leave said clan but nothing happens. On the website it hangs, and on the ap it keeps taking me back to start. Anyone know a workaround?

try to leave and open a new window from the pc? Never left a clan but I know that worked with joining clans in the past

Can you tell us what web browser you are using to access Call of Duty Elite? I suggest that you clear your browser cache and cookies and try to leave the clan again.

Sorry about the delay, wanted to go through and made sure I did everything.

I did a clear of cookies, cache, etc for all of IE, Chrome, Firefox and Safari (all up to date versions... yes all four are on here lol).

Also tried dubl's idea on all four. Couldnt get it to work. All links came up with Javascript:void(0) (I'm sure) so I dont know if that's got something to do with it. I had an update for java to install, so tried that but that didnt fix it.

None of this would explain why I couldnt leave on the 360 app though, yeah?

Update:

I can't access the details and leaderboards of the clan I'm trying to leave now. Makes me think that I've actually left now "without leaving".

Would it be better putting in a support ticket or something instead? Where do I go to do that?
