Guys don't know about you but i really am really annoyed about the map drops. Because i brought elite (which is good) but by the time we recieve our first map drops Xbox 360 elite premiums would have already had theirs for about 3 weeks AND also gotten the next drop (which would have been out for a week by the time ours come out), So i really want to know why the hell are the times in getting the maps so long. I know money is involved, but why so far appart?
Activision has a two year contract with Microsoft. Microsoft will receive any DLC 30 days before any other platform will. Elite premium memberships do not void their contract. The Activision/Microsoft contract will be up by the years end but that does not mean it won't be renewed. You're just going to have to sit back and wait like the rest of us.
But why so late, the 28th of February ? The agreement with Microsoft is 30 days after Xbox | ie. The maps were released to Xbox on the 24th January, PS3 users should get them on the 23rd February. Why are they being released on the 28th February ? That is 35 days after Xbox.
