Do you care for Spec Ops DLC?

I simply don't care. I just want the multiplayer maps.

I quite enjoy the spec ops missions, they add another element to the game for when the lag is too bad to play MP

Re: Do you care for Spec Ops DLC?

No I dont care, I did them for the achievements and that was about it. Survival = lazily done, no variation on any maps, could have been much better.

Also drip feeding maps sucks too. Id rather 4 at a time and anyone who wants them gets them at the same time on their console. Too much segregating players into elite, non elite dlc buyers and non buyers.

The only good thing about elite is that I paid £55 for my hardened version and sold the extras codes for £30. Otherwise I'd be annoyed at how un-elite elite is!

Re: Do you care for Spec Ops DLC?

to be honest, i dont care about ANY of the DLC that comes out for this game. i already spent $60 on this game and i dont plan on lining IW pockets with any more money. they dont deserve it yet. its just maps. i can do without those cuz to put it into another persective, what if the new maps that come out are even more stupid for camping? then i would have wasted $20 on maps that i wont like. i know i can delete them but i cant get my money back for them so i will wait a couple of months and see what the reviews are before deciding anything. now if they release maps that actually let people snipe the way you are supposed to (like on Wasteland from MW3) then i would be more than happy to buy those maps cuz as it stands now, i dont see any maps that you can really use the rifle on for long range shots (Bakaara is an iffy because of the layout and Interchange is an iffy cuz there are many situations that take place).

so in all, i will wait a while before i think about getting those maps.

Spec Ops are bad. Would rather they did a 4 player co-op campaign like in WAW or nothing at all.

Re: Do you care for Spec Ops DLC?

To be honest i think there are better things the DEV's could be doing with their time, i'm pretty sure hardcore players would prefer to play seperate hardcore matches on DLC maps rather than ruining their K/D or win streak by being forced to play hardcore domination when they specialise in TDM or S&D. I know I could back out and re enter another lobby hoping to get in to a game type i actually play but win streak gets ruined either way due to a back out being classed as a loss.

I would love it if they did an online co-op campaign but due to the fact they don't you gotta make the most of what you got really!

I like SpecOps missions but I like Multiplayer MORE.

While more missions is nice and I'm greatful I don't really appreciate having NO MP maps for a month when I expected to have some new maps every month with ELITE

Yea. I had a lot of fun getting all of the stars. Wouldn't mind more missions to play to warm me up, or to play during down time.  I'm a little excited to see what post release missions they've got in store. :]
