I missed the good old days of COD 4 and MW2. There are a quite number of good clans that you can come accross and play for at least 5 games. But now, most of the time, a lot of clans tends to back out even just on the first game. A lot of them signs out just before the game ends.

I guess I blame the LEADERBOARDS for this. Most of the players now are too obsessed with their K/D and Win/Loss ratio.
