First off, mute does NOT work flawlessly. I had someone on my team today listening to music, i muted him but could still hear it. i then muted my whole team, and i could STILL hear it, it was not rebroadcasting. Get on a team with someone listening to music loudly and mute them, it makes it quieter but it does NOT mute them completely. Second, i have a turtle beach headset and can shut off the microphone input, when i shut it off and someone else talks, all the icons including mine light up as if we are all talking. lastly, this only happened once, i muted someone on my team yesterday and it automaticly muted someone on the OTHER team. i know split screen players get muted together, but this was 2 different people on 2 different teams. i unmuted and it unmuted them both, remuted and they both remuted. Say what you will about how awesome of a job they do, but this is all my own personal experience. by my conclusion they totally effed up.
