Need A Decent Clan (Xbox 360)

Bio:
Im looking for a decent goal oriented, team based clan. Who likes to have fun during multiplayer but gets to work in clan matches. Team doesnt have to be perfect, but not looking for no skill requirement either. Im very familiar with GameBattles and some MLG as Ive competed in both for Rainbow Six Vegas. I have led and been in tournament winning clans and teams so Im not looking for some rookie group with no experience. I want a team that will play together but also compete with the goal to win, but not the main focus. I have ability to record and edit videos, only 720 x 480 at this time and would make clan videos. I can make websites and logos and such. I am an Elite Premium Founder, signed up on GameBattles and active every week. I live in Florida and my timezone is EST but thats not too big of a deal im sure. My ratio is a little low due to me being a BlackOps oriented player and getting use to things. Its steadily on the incline. I do work and have a child but I do usually get on atleast every night for a few hours and would love to attend practices.

Were pretty laid back but sometimes we do get competitive. K/D Ratio isn't to much of a worry, but we aim to win and we really are looking for people who are interested in giving it a go and not being stupid. As a clan, we mainly dominate in Team Defender

Im looking for a Team Deathmatch based clan, as thats usaully my main focus. Any of the above clans going to be focusing on that area? I dont mind competing in other game types.. but thats my favorite and my focus. Also, I dont want to just boost your list. I wanna play with the team online, get to know each other and build bonds. A team is more then just people who play together. The best get to know each other and learn how the other plays and thinks. So If your members arent interested in adding me to thier friends list and partying up then your teams not for me.

  Give BLS a try, once u run with us u will enjoy the comradery, how well we joke and play as a team and communicate. We do Hardcore Team Deathmatch and once in a while we like to goof around and go all riotshields and actually win..lol

  me personaly i play what ever game type the majority of the party wants to play
  i come from top gb teams from cod 4 mw2 then i quit gb from black ops and so on.
  
  i had my gb rank down to 714th b4 they updated there site and made every1 start fresh with a ne ranking system.

  Thats why my K/D is on the rise really, lol. Moved from the FAD and G36 to Type95. All those videos used in the Montage are within a few days apart.

Hey haze. We're online right now. Play a few games with us and see how you like it. We're a decent sized clan with a strong lineup of good players. We play mostly Team Deathmatch but we're pretty solid in everything.

Im probably joing up with Hookz, given things pan out after playing a few more games with his group. I havent been able to get many in as ive pulled extra shifts this weekend. Put if things dont work out, Ill check other teams out.
