A full auto shotgun with more ammo then it has would be just the same as the FMG9's when akimboed for that is why they kill so easily. Because they throw out so many rounds(pellets) over a large area quickly.

Again you foolishly think that a gun from one game has to be the same every other game it is seen in. This is not the case and never will be. They do not need to make the aa-12 of this game be like the aa-12 of mw2 ever just because you think they should.

The aa-12 of mw2 was the noobiest shotgun ever made. It was my trolling gun when ever I wanted to piss of players because of how easy it was to use.

Actually no, I do use them and can do fine enough alone with out needing the developers to make them any easier by buffing the damage or giving them more ammo like others seem to need.

I get one-two shot kills with the aa-12 fairly easy, I get one shots with pretty much every other shotgun pretty easy if I play to the shotguns strengths and use them as they are meant to be used. Only time it takes more the two shots ever is if they are using a BV or the game is laggy.

You're essentially saying that prolonged usage of a gun makes it powerful. Great logic.

The Dual FMG-9s do so well because of the speed of which it deals its 3 hit kill damage (near instantaneous), not because of the amount ammo it carries.

And try doing good (K/D over 2.00) with the AA-12 bare, without attachments, proficencies or perks that assist it, such as Scavanger, SoH, or Steady Aim.

1.) That is very wrong. FMG9 Akimbo ammo capacity has nothing to do with how they kill so easily. It only let's them kill MORE people before needing to reload (a few months back when I first used, I could get 5-6 kills easily before needing to reload). It's their insane rate of fire and very inaccurately-portrayed accuracy that let's them kill so easily in terms of damage one on one or even groups. The AA-12 has nowhere near similar capabilities in those areas and just adding in extra ammo per magazine is not going to change that.

2.) You're the only one who is simply assuming such a thing. No one is saying they want it to be like MW2's and they already acknowledged how good it was then and that they DON'T want it to be like that, but they certainly DO want it better than it presently is because there IS room for improvement before it reaches that threshold. Again, ONLY adding in extra ammo is NOT going to change everything else about it, yet you seem to be under the impression that people here want EVERYTHING buffed up a lot; fire rate, damage, range, etc. You're allowing your own OP paranoia and past experience with the OLD AA-12 determine how you're reading and judging this whole discussion.

So, giving the AA12 a little more reserve ammo automatically turns them into FMG9's.

    'Facepalm'

You have your head in the clouds. We dont want the AA12 from MW2, we just want more reserve ammo. Giving the AA12 more reserve ammo, if anything, is making it less like the one in mw2, since they currently both hold the same amount of ammo. Why should they take a weapon from a previous game, make it terribly weak, decrease its range, make it a primary weapon, AND keep its terribly low reserve ammo? Not logical at all. A bit like your arguments.

Other than that I give up. I will leave a question though: Why are LMGs so underused compared to assault rifles, even though they have such huge amounts of ammo in comparison?
