Does the online multiplayer have people in the same game from different platforms ? (ps3,xbox360,PC...)?

I was playing CoD MW3 today online multiplayer on my ps3 , and it seems that ppl with mouse were playing when aiming...can anyone please answer if multiplayer have all platforms in the same game ?, i mean, online multiplayer for ps3 , xbox360 and PC can join and play the same game ? Thanks all
