No double XP after buying it with a prestige token

I just used a prestige token to get double XP, but no double XP has been given! What's the deal? Is it lost?

Is this a known issue? Will it be sorted out without me having to waste my time dealing with Activisions useless customer support?

It's great that I was given two tokens for christmas. Pitty I only got to use one of them.

  Thanks for the link ELITE_Help. I already contacted customer support two days ago. Still waiting for a reply. I have a reference number, but i'll wait and see if they can resolve the problem before returning here. Thanks! Speak soon.

  Well, sure enough, I'm back. I got absolutly no help from Activisions useless customer support. They told me some bull about giving me an answer within 4-5 business days. That was over 3 weeks ago. They just closed the incident without giving me an answer. What's worse, I now can't seem to get in touch with their support team. Looks like they've redesigned their site making it impossible to ask any questions.
