You realize he will do what Vahn did and start to block people that do that too much. Oh and another thing hardcore has always been a minority in the CoD games, and always will. Because they want to make sure to keep those players that bring in the most money through dlc and that is core and always has been.

As squirrel stated above, we've never had a true comparison, since HC has always had to deal with having a fraction of game modes that core had. HC in IW games has also always had to be unlocked, thus not allowing people to immediately try it before they get stuck in core. Besides the fact it probably scares off new players who think that HC mode has to be unlocked so it must be too hard for them.

Scares players away? Really seriously you are going to try and play that card? Scared away over a feature in a game? Only a 10 year old maybe; but not anyone that actually the age suggested to play the game.

My point being there has always been more core than hardcore, and even through all the years of crying about very little has ever been done about it. Because Core is the CORE of the MP game experience. Hard core is a niche group for players that do not like core because it takes more skill to play. And yes I dared to say it. HC is not harder than core, it is in fact easier because it takes less bullets to kill, meaning you have to aim far less and have even a lower accuracy when shooting with any spray and pray(full auto).

HA. You have health regen, a full time map to chase red dots, info about your ammo, equipment etc., and f-ing crosshairs to help you aim. It takes what, 2 more bullets to kill in core vs HC? Id say thats the least of all the differences?

FYI when I played core for a prestige my KDR went up by almost 2 points, and my accuracy increased by 3%. Why? Because all of the bullets that I was shooting anyway (because its impossible to not shoot too many bullets in HC since it kills so quickly) were the perfect amount to kill. KDR increase probably because 75% of the core players run around like idiots, so it was easy pickings to kill them. No tactics needed. Just pay attention to your surroundings.
