Ok i said i'd give you benefit of the doubt till the dlc hits.. you failed....again

Still no sign of clan ops, elite even after the rebuild and is still open to exploits and not secure,

 

and now i've discovered the dlc is tied to the gt that has elite which is actually opposite to a normal dlc and opposite to what it says when you download the dlc on the usage policy which says "access to this item will also be granted to all users on the first console"

unless this is a mistake and it should be unlocked or will be unlocked when the normal dlc hits  then it means im going to have to purchase the dlc again in march to use on other gts on my console...

 

im done with elite, its a farce.

      well actvi got back to me and says its locked, meaning once again i feel totally conned and ripped off by elite,

      now i am going to have to buy seperate dlc to use on my other gt's as will many others who have family accounts..

       

      this was not mentioned anywhere before hand in fact everything on elite states we own the dlc.. and even says if we dont renew elite the dlc is still ours to use.

       

      i know its not a decision you guys made but im seriously fuming about this and it boils back to my utter disgust at everything elite related the entire thing has been one farce after another with every week yet another reason to feel totally ripped off

        And the point of having multiple gamer tags would be....

        Did you get the maps for ANY of your GT's?

          well for starters i have 3 gts, one for uk friends and one for my friends back home, and a spare.

           

          alot of people have family gold accounts and share dlc between them , every previous cod dlc has had the correct usage policy which is its locked to the CONSOLE not the gt, meaning if for example i bought the dlc for blackops it would work on any gt on the console i downloaded it to.

           

          elite says on its faq that dlc is owned by us is is still usable even if we dont renew our subscription,

           

          when you download the elite dlc it says it can be shared between users of a console,

           

          what it does not say anywhere is the dlc is locked to a gt thats why alot of people are so pissed off now, as it looks like the better value of buying elite for dlc (as lets be honest thats why most of us did and theres not a hope in hell the promised stuff is every going to work/appear in our lifetimes) is completely moot as i now have to buy the maps again when the dlc hits in march assuming im still playing

           

          either way we've been ripped off again by buying elite

    Wow! What happened while I was sleeping? Seen a lot of threads with official Feedback and Mac ranting like like someone stole his cookies? Don't get me wrong, I really appreciate some communication and the "let's get this done" spirit but this all comes a little unexpected since we had a lot of mature and reasonable issues before that rather got bashed to death than listened to. But I appreciate it so let's keep things moving at a civilized and constructive level

      As for the idea bashing, people are frustrated.

       

      IW sends no1 here (though GHANDI is a great help) to answer or even get involved in ideas.

       

      its obvious that %99 of great ideas are being ignored. We dont have a "CM". The only one we supposedly have goes stealth once teh game releases and ignores the "official MW3 forums" like cancer and hides behind a twitter account that only allows 120 charcter mesages.

       

      How IW has an "awesome dialog with the community" (as long as its 120 characters or less) is insulting to us, the customers.

       

      At least BH has some1 come here and attempt to calm customers with canned replies. 402 has 9 posts here. 9!!!!!!

    thanks for getting back to me so quickly elite guys... oh wait you havent..

     

    doesnt matter now i was issued a refund this morning by xbl, so my 3 month odd relationship with your appalling service is now over , im still out of pocket as xbl could only refund my mspoints back not my money as i bought a prepaid card but at least i can spend them on something that works now.

     

    i have also explained to the good folks on here how to get a refund so hopefully more will follow suit .
