I've been trying to refund this piece of ill for about a month now and it would appear that if you're in the UK you have no chance unless the retailer will take it back off you (hardened edition).  Unless you really can't live without a DLC discount I strongly suggest you don't renew.  Especially as our free month hasn't even been added to our expiry dates.  If you still wanna hold onto Elite fair play to you.
