*^you're. You slammed HC in your response instead of just ignoring that part of the post. Therefore you made it relevant.

Like wiggy already said it was a big giant fail in MW2, hardly anybody played it.  And from what I understand they have a limited amount of slots for game types that they can even add to the game so I'd rather they not waste them on something that barely anybody even cares about.  Personally I'd rather see them come up with some new ideas (like drop zone) and add those instead.  Something new may or may not be good and/or popular but we already know for a fact that barely anybody will play 3rd person even if they add it.

I'd much rather have modes like gun game added. Not infected unless they barricade parts of the maps of, like treyarch did with wager matches, reason being is all people do is camp behind counters or on ledges, so it's impossible for the infected to get them, it's quite sad people do this in a private lobby.

But yer 3rd person was horrible in mw2, for the simple fact people would sit at a corner, and be able to see around it.

I never played 3rd person in mw2 but I would give it a go now in mw3

why is sabotage still a playlist? maybe because its been in the game since COD4 and maybe before that. they only tried 3rd person in MW2 and it was only 4 gametypes 3 of which were cut out leaving only team tac. and it did not make a comeback in BO or this game. they wanted to try something new in MW2 but then saw how unpopular it was against the others so they didnt take it any further.

that is why they didnt bring it back. it is NOT that popular against the other game types. and you have to remember that they not only have to think about what is more popular but also the space in the playlist. they cant just add something to try it out, they have to think about whether or not it would be popular and if there is enough space to put it in, like drop zone.
