Beachhead please answer this for me and my clan.  The paid Elite that came with the Hardened Edition or purchased alone was for 12 months of the following, 1-MW3 downloadable content (including all MW3 maps), 2-Daily competitive program guide, 3-exclusive clan benefits for call of duty elite members, 4-dynamic stratagies, 5-join premium groups, 6-early access, 7-premium theater, and 8-call of duty elite tv.... In regards to number 2, only half of the competitive program guide is working, let me explain, CLAN OPERATIONS are still not working.  I don't play MW3 to play by myself.  I play with a clan and can't stand playing alone....will we be getting compensated with free months until Clan Operations are live?  In regards to number 3, what are the clan benefits of elite members?  (We don't have clan operations.....so we can't level up and get the double xp that is in the upper levels)...IN regards to number 5, why join or pay for elite when everything that is promised on your website....www.callofduty.com/elite/whats-included isn't working???  I love the idea of what is promised...and I bought into it.  But with people reaching 10th prestige, only TWO maps for the first DLC drop, what is the purpose of continuing to play MW3?  And more importantly, what's the point in buying/renewing Elite when what you don't get everything that is advertised?  From everything that has been posted, we are getting sorrys, we are working on it, and nothing else.   Oh yeah, the iPhone app doesn't work properly....I can't wait for the android app to show my friends how much we leveled up together...oh wait, thats right..CLAN OPERATIONS are still NOT WORKING!!  I honestly would like a response to free months until you get clan operations working.  What's the point in having a premium clan, if you can't LEVEL IT UP!?!?!?!?!  What did we pay for?  Everything I needed from Elite is what I get in the free version...In the eyes of a majority of the paid Elite subscribers, your company has let us down.  We pre-paid for a service in good faith and have gotten nothing in return.  I personally feel the one year that we paid for should NOT start until Clan Operations go live...just sayin.
